A company’s Quality Management System (QMS) is connected with the context of the organization.
It means that the QMS is influenced by internal and external factors (eg. infrastructure, professional level of employees, organizational culture , company objectives, goals, social, economic and legal context, etc.)
At the same time, must be determined relevant stakeholders and their requirements.
Context of the organization is a new requirement in ISO 9001, stating an organization must consider both the internal and external issues that can impact its strategic objectives and the planning of the QMS.
